At Elinor Jayne Photography, I work with Gelato, a trusted print-on-demand partner, to produce and ship your orders. Every item is made especially for you after you place your order—because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or design
We encourage you to double-check product details and sizing before placing your order to avoid any issues. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help!
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement through Gelato at no extra cost.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost during shipping, we’ll send a replacement. If the tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please check with your local delivery service or neighbors. If you still can’t locate it, reach out—I will do my best to assist.
